To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles.
